Swedish Massage is a therapeutic style of bodywork which uses an array of strokes such as gliding, compression, kneading, friction, vibration and percussion to help the body improve muscle tone, restore mobility and stimulate circulation.
The massage is performed in a quiet, private area with soft music and is done on a massage table. The client disrobes to their comfort level and the body is fully covered at all times, with the exception of the body area being worked. A medium such as oil, lotion, cream or gel is applied.
The benefits of Swedish massage are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy. The word Shiatsu comes from two Japanese words - "shi" (finger) and "atsu" (pressure). In addition to the direct stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways of your body, gentle stretching techniques are applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the point work and encourage the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body.

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion.
Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level.
While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.
